This free amigurumi mushroom crochet pattern is perfect for fall and Thanksgiving home decor. It works up incredibly fast, is very easy, and is quite adorable!
Materials
- Yarn (red and white)
- Crochet hook (that fits the yarn size)
- Stuffing
- Beads or other finishing touches
- (Embroidery) thread for sewing on the beads
- Scissors
Abbreviations
sc = single crochet
sl st = slip stitch
dec = decrease (join next 2 sts into 1)
inc = increase (2 sc in next st)
BLO = back loop only
FLO = front loop only
(…) = number of total stitches in that round
(blablabla) x number = repeat the instructions within the parenthesis a number of times

Use the red yarn!
Round 1: 6 sc in magic ring (6)
Round 2: inc x 6 (12)

Round 5: (1 inc, 3 sc) x 6 (30)
Round 6: sc 30 sts = (30)

Use white yarn!

End round 11 with slip stitch and fasten off, no need for a long yarn end.
Assembly & Finishing Touches
- Stuff the mushroom stem.
- Sew the beads to the mushroom cap – the easiest way to do this is before assembly.
- Reverse single crochet stitch the cap to the stem, using the red yarn. Before finishing the round completely, stuff the mushroom cap.
