Scarf
Using purple yarn:
Chain 45, starting in the third stitch from the crochet hook, make hdc along the chain.
Fasten off, weave in the yarn ends.
If you want, you can make some tassels on the ends of your scarf by knotting some yarn pieces.
Twig Arms
With brown yarn:
Chain 13, 3 sc starting from second stitch from crochet hook, slipstitch in next stitch on the chain, chain 4, 3 sc starting from second stitch from crochet hook, sc in rest of the chain.
Fasten off, leave yarn tail for sewing the arms to the body.
If you want, you can make the arms longer or shorter, and even put some metal wire in them to be able to position the arms.

Fasten off, leave yarn tail for sewing.
Put a little stuffing in the nose (not too much!) before sewing it to the head.
Finishing Touches
Sew all the pieces together – I didn’t sew the hat or scarf to the head and body, but you can do that if you want.
You can also give your little snowman some eyebrows and a mouth, if you want.
And that is it! Congratulations! You’ve made a cute amigurumi snowman! On to the next Christmas crochet project!
